Mi Switi Sranan is een vrolijk en liefdevol lied over Suriname, gezongen door Aïcha Gill in samenwerking met Het Klokhuis.
Het nummer draait om de diepe verbondenheid met het land. Suriname was tot 1975 een kolonie van Nederland en veel Surinamers verhuisden daarna naar Nederland, maar de liefde voor het land blijft altijd bestaan het leeft voort in herinnering, cultuur en hart.
Het lied is speciaal gemaakt voor kinderen uit groep 6 tot en met 8 en brengt dit verhaal op een toegankelijke, speelse en muzikale manier.
